Reference materials
The EURL-PH-AMR is hosting a repository of reference materials (bacterial strains) of epidemiological relevance to the National Reference Laboratories (NRLs) of EURGen-Net. Selected reference strains will be shipped to the nominated NRLs on an annual basis (in October) and can also be requested on ad hoc basis throughout the year.
The following table contains a summary of reference strains. For further genotypic and phenotypic details on individual samples, click on the sample names.
